Work conceived for the spaces of the Ex Macello di Prato She transforms the remote taste of the wind into the flavor of meat it is a huge digital print created starting from existing images of slaughterhouses and animal farms, digitally reworked and folded like an origami.
Its inert body is fixed on the hooks used in the past to dissect cattle, still a visible part of this industrial architecture.
Through a heavy folded PVC print, the artist places us in front of a visual activator who does not want to lighten all this density but increase it, putting himself in direct contact with the history of this place.
This ambiguous being, at times a quarter of an ox, an animal skin and an origami of a butterfly, affects our emotionality leaving us without any logical answer, abandoned to the sight of a simple deaf and distant feeling.
